I require a 24-hour notice for in person training cancellations. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the class, you will be charged a fee. I do understand life happens, and some things are unpredictable, so please don't hesitate to reach out and we can certainly work something out!

Yes, I will have an accountability group platform on Instagram and Facebook. It's up to you if you would like to be added.
