Hi! I'm so glad you're here! I'm Whitney Speck, a devoted wife, mom of two boys, and dog mom to four (2 dachshunds & 2 labs). You could say we have a busy schedule and wild house! I have a BBA in finance and will be a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) & NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) coming 2024! I'm Type A & love organization but becoming a mom to two tiny humans has taught me to be more relaxed. Hot Mess express over here most days! :) I love all genres of music; you never know what will play on my playlist! I've worked in the corporate world for the last 12 years, and God finally provided me the platform to do what I truly feel I've been put on this earth to do. Help others feel more confident in their own skin! We're a sports family and spend most of our weekends at the baseball field. If we're not at the baseball field, you can find us on a trail or near a lake. We love being outdoors!
MYSELF & MY FAMILY! That first part may sound selfish to some, but hear me out... If I'm not my best self, how can I be the best Mom, Wife, Daughter, Friend, etc? If I'm not making my nutrition and fitness a priority, how can I expect to have the energy to keep up with my kids?! I used to use them as my Why Not! "I can't because...kids!" "No time because...kids!" I used to also feel guilty for spending time on myself, whether that be at the gym, our garage gym, meal prepping, etc. Then I realized I was thinking about it all wrong! They are my WHY! "I have to do it because...kids!" "I have to make time because...my kids & husband need me!" Over the years I've seen a major change in my mood, attitude, health and overall energy by MAKING MYSELF A PRIORITY! So no, it's not selfish of you to take off the many hats you wear and put your health first! You can't afford not to!
I've tried every fad "diet" and workout in the book! Nothing seemed to show the results like I wanted and/or they weren't sustainable. That's until I realized my nutrition played a huge part in my results! I've created a simple plan for the beginner all the way to the advanced client to be able to follow and see great results. Meal plans and workout packages can be customized to fit your needs!
